Fred

Fred Schofield found himself drawn to the  law after serving his country as a United States Marine.  Following duty in Vietnam where he was decorated for valor in five major combat operations, he graduated from Temple University (B.S.) and New York Law School (J.D.), was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1976, and has since served as a prosecutor and defender.

His practice has always been dedicated to the average Joe or Joy caught in a legal web, needing diligent representation and guidance from a lawyer who cares about their problems, needs, and desires. When the case calls for it, Fred calls upon highly qualified attorney associates and experts to form a top-rated legal team, which he heads, to resolve any issue and slay any legal dragon, no matter how large and nasty.

FRED S. SCHOFIELD, ESQUIRE

Personal Note

"Since 1976, I accomplished most everything that can be done in Criminal and Civil law:

  • Jury awarded my client a seven-figured (as in million) dollar recovery in a products liability case against General Motors, where the highest offer to settle had been $50,000
  • Jury returned a Not Guilty verdict for a man horribly and wrongfully accused of raping his daughter
  • Collected a hearty multi-seven-figured divorce settlement for a woman in a contentious matrimonial dispute

"While my focus is on criminal law, I devote time to other litigation as well. I also lend aid to those seeking assistance with alcoholism and drug addiction. I would feel privileged to handle your case."
